Don Juan House was built in 1873 by Joseph Thompson with the winnings when the horse Don Juan won the Melbourne Cup in 1873.
Don Juan House was a 2 storey dwelling of 14 rooms, stable and coach house. It was demolished to build the Masonic Centre.
