1858-1875. Abraham Kellett. Owner and occupier.
1867. Abraham Kellett described in Directory as drayman. Members of his family lived there for some 65 years.
1923. Miss Fanny Kellett was occupant.
1978. June National Trust Newsletter, says Kellett ran the first livery stables in Melbourne.
1980. Name mentioned: Gillies.

1876. Roberts - owner. Vacant. (Entry for second property: Vacant).
1877. Notation: Chas Butler in 1877 built Canterbury Terrace. He was a prominent builder of the day.

Later listed as Thos. Domecarre, woodcarver 1872-77. Note: This weatherboard cottage was lived in by Mr. Ovenden for 50 years, from 1920.
