Note: Classified by National Trust. For citation refer index card. Of particular note regarding the design is the corner unit of three storeys to a neighbour of two storeys.

1869. Site on corner Victoria Pde. and Eades St. bought from Benjamin Benjamin and site on corner Eades and Albert Sts. from Dr. McCrae.
