1859. MCC BR: Hornby and Pigdon to build 2 dwelling houses for Chas. Ebden.
1860. Occupants listed: Woodville and Jones.
1861. Chas. Ebden - owner. Occupiers: No.18 Woodville. For No.20 Francis James, till 1876. He was Commissioner for Audit.
1897. Edward Anderson rented from Kirkby No.20 and later purchased. For more details refer index cards. Also refer entry for No.22, in regard to Kirkby.
