ICI House

ICI Building, 1958

Digital copy of a colour slide. Photo shows the ICI Building taken from the roof of the General Post Office building on the corner of Exhibition and Lt Lonsdale Streets. The photographer, Gordon J Walker, worked in the building at the time. ICI House was completed in 1958 and was for three years the tallest building in Australia. On the right is St Patrick's Cathedral.

Ixom deals directly to sign anew at Orica site

Newspaper clipping reports on lease of three floors at Orica House, once ICI House, on the corner of Nicholson and Albert Street, East Melbourne. Ixom is the new tenant, renting directly from landlord, Charter Hall's Direct Office Fund.
