Newspaper clipping reports on lease of three floors at Orica House, once ICI House, on the corner of Nicholson and Albert Street, East Melbourne. Ixom is the new tenant, renting directly from landlord, Charter Hall's Direct Office Fund.
The article also reports that St Vincent's Hospital has leased space at 486 Albert Street, formerly the VECCI building (old Baptist Church), but now the St Patrick's Centre belonging to the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne.
