1859: Henry Apperley (o/o), sculptor. For more see Building History link below. 1895: Louisa McKinlay (tenant), and daughter, Violet Varley, opera singer, who died June 1895. See link to obituary below. Violet was the great, great, great aunt of Asher Keddie who was the subject of 'Who Do You Think You Are' (series 5, episode 2) shown on SBS, 9 April 2013.
