1852. The vacant land was a Government grant to the Wesleyan Church for a church, school and Minister's dwelling.
1869. MCC Building Advice: To build a church and school for the Wesleyan Body. Architects: Crouch and Wilson. No Rates reference prior to 1876.
1877. MCC Building Advice: Chas. Butler, builder, to build sixteen 2-storey houses for self.
Charles Butler was a builder and contractor of 51 McGibbon Street, Parkville. Also built Victoria Coffee Palace.
1878. Mrs. Higginson the sole occupant. Name also mentioned: Halsted and Co.
1879. Nos. 90-112 all let. C.J. and I.? Hain - Agents.
1978. Name mentioned: No.100 Douglas Powell.
1980. Names mentioned: No.108 Richardson. No.112 Peter Maund (Sally White).Also noted: No.84 sold.
Classified National Trust. Note: Photos 2 and 3 show the house numbers.
