1852. Crown Allotment 17, Section 16 on which 129 (old No. 74) and 135 stand, purchased by Joseph Mathews.
1853c. Mathews had 2 cottages at back of 129 and 135, numbered 131 and 133. No.131 still exists, No.133 has been demolished. No.131 was possibly commenced in 1853.
1854c. MCC BR: Joseph Mathews house for self.
1861. Names mentioned: Joseph Mathews - owner, Wm. Galbraith - occupier.
1910c. Whittingham's laundry.
1913. MCC. Notice of intent to build a brick laundry at rear of No.129. Builder: H.E. Orchard of 579 High Street, Prahran. Owner: Mathews - Trustees.
1980. Sold.
