Newspaper clipping reporting on the proposed re-development of 86-88 Jolimont Street.  Initial plans for the new office building were rejected by Council.  Report gives a detailed background to the story.
The developer is named as Geoff Harris, philanthropist and Flight Centre co-founder.  Previous owner of the site was Cricket Victoria.

New plans were later submitted and a permit granted, but work is yet to commence.
