A short speech given by Richard Blandy on the occasion of a Christmas Drinks party held at the Hilton Hotel, Wellington Parade, by the East Melbourne Group for its members on 15 November 1994. Richard Blandy and his wife, Ros, lived at 90 George Street for nearly three years before returning to Adelaide. Richard talks of daily life in East Melbourne and why it is such a good place to live. He includes a brief description of his garden at 90 George Street.
