Scanned glass transparency of the old Treasury Building taken by John Henry Harvey. The date is unknown but the format of this picture and the nature of Spring Street suggest that it was taken in the earlier phase of John Henry Harvey's creative work, possibly during the 1890s.
The original image is very flat in the highlights and so it has been digitally enhanced here to improve the contrast.
