The National Trust record does not identify the photographer nor the date.
However the picture is almost identical to the 1963 John Collins photo held by the State Library of Victoria, accession no. H98.252/1385. The SLV online image is much lower quality and is cropped slightly differently but the images are identical in perspective, street furniture and markings and shadows (directions and lengths).
