1901. MCC Building Advice: James Seccull, builder, for Dr. Peacock. 3 houses. Architects: Sydney Smith and Ogg of 101 Queen Street.
1903-1919. Name mentioned for No.62: Dr. Samuel Peacock.

Mirka Mora mural rediscovered

Newspaper clipping about the rediscovery of a mural on the wall of the old Balzac Restaurant, now Tippler & Co., at 58 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne. Balzac Restaurant was established in 1956 by Georges Mora and his wife, artist Mirka Mora, who painted the mural.
