1903. MCC Building Advice: Samuel Dakin?, builder of 2-storey house for Mrs. Roche. R.M. King - architect.
1904. Name mentioned: Alfred Roche.
1979. Present owner Mr. W.D. Hazelton, has lived here since 1923c. He replaced wooden balcony balustrade with iron one.
