The first is a class photo of the 1941 Grade VI at Yarra Park School.  The only student identified is Glenice Hopgood (later Nicholls) standing in second back row, five from the left.

The second is a detail of the above showing Glenice Hopgood.

The third is the medal awarded to Glenice Hopgood as dux of the class and presented by Mrs L Epstein.

Yarra Park School Group Photo Teachers 1911

Group photo of Yarra Park School teachers 1911. Sitting front row left is Yatala Bruce (1894-1962).  She was the daughter of John Vans Agnew Bruce and Sarah Grace nee Wayman.  The family lived at 5 Palmer Street, Jolimont. In 1921 Yatala (Yattie) married George Edward Ovenden and the couple thereafter lived at 94 George Street, East Melbourne.

The photo shows three Yarra Park School teachers in 1911.  On the left is Yatala Bruce (1894-1962).  She was the daughter of John Vans Agnew Bruce and Sarah Grace nee Wayman.  The family lived at 5 Palmer Street, Jolimont.
