Lowe Kong Meng. The man who made his mark

Newspaper clipping publicising the 'Chinese Fortunes' exhibition held at Ballarat's Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka. The article focuses on Lowe Kong Meng a wealthy Chinese merchant and leader of the Chinese community. He lived at Valetta, 206 Clarendon Street, East Melbourne from 1868 to 1876.
