Kendrah Morgan, curator at Heide Museum of Modern Art since 2003, will shortly have her book on Cafe Balzac, once on the site of Tippler & Co in Wellington Parade, ready for publication.  In her talk she will present the story of the restaurant's beginnings at the hands of Georges and Mirka Mora.  There are sure to be plenty of stories about Melbourne's early Bohemian life and the history of the local hospitality industry.
