1880's Residents of Vincent Terrace included Richard Dickson (in the centre terrace) - cordial manufacturer. His daughter Mary Hannah born there 1884. Under her married name Brahe she became a successful composer of songs, included amongst over 400: 'I passed by your window', 'To a miniature', 'Bless this house'. They were sung by Melba, Peter Dawson, John McCormack.
1900 Mary O'Farrell. 2 by 10 rooms, 1 by 11 rooms.
The three houses have subsequently been integrated into one entity, as shown in the photo.
