    Albert enlisted in the AIF on the 17 June 1916. He was married to Ivy Violet. A small man 5'3'' tall and occupation listed as Plasterer.
He embarked on the 28 July 1916 ex Melbourne on A 32 HMT Themistocles arriving at Plymouth in October 1916.
His service record is a series of Hospital stays and he appears to have spent the bulk of his time in England in various hospital for a range of skin problems, Scabies, Dermatitis and Eczema.
He was returned to Australia in September 1918 and disembarked at Melbourne on he 27 December 1918.
He was discharged from the AIF as medically unfit on the 3 arch 1919, suffering from Plurisy.
