East Melbourne, Albert Street 260, 262 - Burchett

1871 two 2 storey houses 260 and 262 were built for Messrs Mixner and Campbell, lime merchants. Architect was Crouch and Wilson. Campbell lived in 260 and Mixner in 262. No. 262 was demolished to make way for the Masonic Centre.

Jolimont, Jolimont Street 054, 056 - Burchett

Was originally No. 19, on the west corner of Charles Street.
1868. Name mentioned: George Wragge - chemist.
1869. MCC BR: Paton and Pepper to build house, corner Charles Street, for Mr. G. Shaw.
1870. Geo. Shaw - owner/occupier. Brick, 8 rooms.
1870-81. George Shaw - merchant of Flinders Street. Then moved to 103 or 113 Wellington Parade.
