A typescript document recording the history of the property at 179 Gipps Street by its then owner and occupier, Winston H Burchett.  The history starts with the earliest land grant to the Church of England of the entire block.  This was later revised and the land released for public sale. The history continues in some detail until 1971. Two pages of photocopied reference material included.
