February articles:
'Jolimont 1879', an edited version of an article entitled, 'Typhoid Fever connected with Milk Supply', by H.B. Allen, M.D. Gives good description of the less salubrious aspects of Jolimont, and detective work involved in tracing a case of typhoid to a Jolimont dairy. Includes diagramatic maps.

June articles:
'Herschell's Films of Jolimont: a memoir', by Kev Franzi. Herschell's made documentary films and were located in Jolimont from the mid 1920s to mid 1960s.

September articles:
'Outrage at Lauriston Hall', by Travis M. Sellers. Lt. Col. Eric William Tulloch, M.C. and bar and rowing coach at Melbourne Grammar was murdered the night before the Head of the River race in 1926.
'Harold Parsons Champion Motorcyclist', short item on Harold Parsons and the statue erected in his honour in Weedon Reserve, East Melbourne
