A newpaper clipping giving commentary on the proposed development of the newly named Treasury Square.  This is land is currently owned by VicTrack and is on the boundary between East Melbourne and the City and is at the junction of Flinders Street, Spring Street and Wellington Parade. The writer, Dr James Lesh, makes a strong case against the development.

Two letters to the Editor in support of his position accompany the article.  One is from Thomas Hogg and the other from Barrie Pittock.
