State Library of Victoria description: Double storey terrace on corner block, decorative ironwork on balcony and veranda.
According to Winston Burchett the building was purchased and demolished in 1962 by the Mental Health Authority, but their proposed building was not proceeded with.
The site is now occupied by two modern houses.
