Description provided with image: John James Clark was employed as Colonial Architect by the Queensland Department of Works and Buildings from 1883 to 1885. He worked in partnership as Clark and Pye, Architects, Brisbane in 1886 and worked alone in Brisbane from 1887 to 1896.
